This is what each of us want from the food, which is brought to our table.
Today it is fundamental to know what we are eating. Knowing what we eat means that we know how the product was grown, and all its subsequent stages, from the field to the shops and to the table.
It is for this reason that we have chosen organic farming: eco-friendly, nutritional content and the qualities of the food that excite the senses and we don’t use chemicals.
In all of our cultivations (vegetables, cereals, legumes etc.), these are the rules that are in force.
All this we offer our guests and the mark of wholesome and high quality food.
If want you will able to come and “touch it with your hands” the authenticity of our participating products for example the cultivation and harvest of the salad tomatoes, and so forth
