The Black Truffle of Acqualagna Exhibition (14/15 August)
The indisputable star of this exhibition is the valuable black truffle, which is found predominantly in the Marches/Umbrian Apennines, it can be collected from 1st of December to the 15th March, it is black, rounded in shape, has an aromatic perfume and sweetish taste and many also call it sweet black.

White truffle of Acqualanga exhibition (last w/e of October 1st & 2nd weekend of November)
This is the most important fair at a national level for the unique and incomparable white truffle of Acqualagna. At Acqualagna it is possible to try this emotional experience and "go truffling", accompanied by truffle experts.
