The two apartments situated in S. Pietro in Val di Rasina, adjacent to the 11th century medieval village of Le Terre del Verde. They are immersed in the splendid Umbrian countryside. Comprising of Living room (Sat TV), with fireplace (approx 25m2 ), corner kitchen (hob, fridge) with dining area (12m2), 2 double bedrooms (between approx 12 and 25m2), bathroom with bath and shower, total area of the apartments is about 80 -90m2, making it the ideal place to spend unforgettable relaxing moments surrounded by nature and good taste.
Furthermore, we begun the restoration of the splendid village Le Case - Le Piagge (ready at the beginnin of 2008) to provide a further 14 apartments, these will be carefully furnished and will allow you to enjoy incomparable views of the wonderful Schifanoia-Gubbio and Casacastalda- Perugia valleys.
The 530 hectares offer the possibility of doing many activities, which will allow you to fully enjoy your holiday.
